Pinkerton Box Tops Fall 2018
9/2/2018 8:30 am
Did you know we have raised THOUSANDS of dollars for Pinkerton over the last few years through Box Tops for Education?
To help our school, just look for the pink Box Tops on products, clip them, and send them to school.
Our Box Tops fall campaign ends October 29. Your child should have received a Box Tops collection form from his/her teacher.
***Top 3 classes collecting the most Box Tops will win a fun surprise***
Each collection form has space for 25 Box Tops to be glued or taped to it (NO staples, please!). Please be sure to include your child’s name and class information on the form (ie. Johnny Appleseed-5A Hope).
***If you have more than 25 Box Tops, please make copies of the form or place the extras in ziplock bag(s) with up to 50 Box Tops per ziplock bag.
HERE'S THE IMPORTANT PART: Each Box Tops clip must be intact and include the expiration date, please do NOT send in EXPIRED Box Tops.
For more information, including a list of participating products and our school’s progress, visit www.BTFE.com. Be sure to become a member to receive exclusive coupons and learn about extra ways for our school to earn $$$.
Earn even more by downloading the Box Tops Bonus App, snapping a photo of your grocery receipt, and earning money on qualified purchases.

We're a great way to be involved. Here's a brief resume of past and upcoming activities:
1) Hosted two (2) big lunches for the teachers and staff

Pinky Palooza | Pinky Hustle |
October 26, 2017 | April 5, 2018 |
For these two lunches, the Hospitality Committee also provided a cute sign and decor for the Teacher's Lounge door.
2) Host and provide a "grab and go" breakfast for the teachers and staff
3) Facilitate snacks for monthly faculty meetings
We partner with room parents, assigning a month to each grade level, to plan snacks, communicate needs for the meeting, and suggest a snack theme.
4) Stock snacks for the Teacher's Lounge
As part of the newly-decorated Teacher's Lounge, the Hospitality Committee will stock the lounge with snacks in the fall and spring.
5) Hosted "Spring Fling" desserts party & end-of-the-year "Happy Trails" snack mix party
With only an $850 budget, we rely on parent contributions of homemade and purchased goods. We're also looking for food & decor donations, a helping hand with hanging decorations, volunteering for clean up/set up, and even planning one of the big PTO events.
If this is right up your alley, reach out to April Terry, Hospitality Committee co-chair.
Thank you to the PTO and all the wonderful parents who allow us to support our teachers and staff!
